From first-generation baseball families and players learning the game from scratch to high-level competitors — our development system is built to teach, challenge and advance players over time.
REQUEST A PLAYER EVALUATIONThere are plenty of teams that build rosters by searching for players who are already ahead of the curve. That isn’t our model.
We want to teach. We want to develop. We want to take players with supportive families who are raw, inexperienced or still learning the game and give them the instruction, repetition, standards and baseball IQ to become legitimate ballplayers.
If the player looks the same a year from now, we didn’t do our job.
Development isn’t random. Every stage builds on the one before it — from foundational movement and mechanics to game awareness, physical development, competition, and accountability. From one practice to the next. Everything taught is by design.
Throwing. Catching. Footwork. Hitting mechanics. Baserunning. Building repeatable movement and habits from the ground up.
Position-specific movement, reads, execution, transitions, high-level swing patterns, and repeatable technique beyond the basics.
Mindset, mental toughness, situations, anticipation, communication, decision-making, and understanding what happens before the ball is hit.
Speed, strength, mobility, coordination, balance, body control, yoga sessions, and athletic movement.
Learning to execute when the game speeds up, pressure rises, and every decision matters.
Preparation, effort, response to failure, communication, responsibility, and becoming a dependable teammate.
EVERY PLAYER STARTS SOMEWHERE. THE SYSTEM IS WHAT MOVES THEM FORWARD.
Before EBA Banditos, this same development philosophy helped build Southern Nevada Bruins (2017-2022) teams by Jerome Byndloss Sr. and Jordan Dove into high-level major caliber programs with their flagship team achieving national rankings. Players were developed over time, closed early competitive gaps, and created collegiate & professional level opportunities for the 2026, 2027, 2028 & 2029 graduating high school classes.
Those groups were built over years, not weekends. Players learned the game, developed skill and baseball IQ, became stronger competitors, and moved into increasingly higher levels of baseball.Multiple players from those programs have gone on to Division I opportunities, with others developing into legitimate college and professional prospects.

At younger ages, the difference between teams can look enormous. Often, it’s simply a difference in experience — one roster has players who have been playing longer, training longer, or receiving better instruction.
That advantage doesn’t have to last.
When players are taught correctly, challenged consistently, held accountable, and given enough quality repetitions, development compounds. The player who was behind begins making plays. The team that couldn’t compete starts hanging around. Then they start winning.
WE’RE NOT INTERESTED IN HOW GOOD A PLAYER LOOKS AT 9, 10 OR 11.
WE’RE INTERESTED IN WHO THEY’RE BECOMING.
Development goes far beyond taking ground balls and getting swings. Every practice is designed to teach players how to move, think, compete, and understand the game at a higher level.
Players learn proper throwing mechanics, body sequencing, footwork, accuracy, throwing on the move, positional throws, long toss, and routines designed to progressively build arm strength and durability. This is called our throwing program.
Players learn movement patterns, barrel control, timing, approach, pitch recognition, and how to make adjustments when pitchers and game situations begin attacking back.
Players learn angles, glove presentation, funneling, transfers, reads, communication, body control, and position-specific movements that allow them to play faster and more confidently as competition increases.
Leads, secondary leads, steals, turns, jumps, reading down-angle, tagging, first-to-third reads, picking up signs and understanding when to create pressure are all taught and practiced.
We want players processing the game before the pitch is delivered. Where is the next play? What changes with the score, inning, outs, runners, and situation? Players learn responsibilities, anticipation, communication, and how all nine positions work together.
Young players need to learn how to move before they can maximize baseball skill. Speed, acceleration, fast-twitch, balance, mobility, coordination, strength, and body control are developed progressively as players mature.
We don’t expect every player to arrive polished. We do expect every player and family to be willing to work, learn, communicate, and commit to the development process.
Talent can open doors. Coachability, consistency, accountability, and effort determine how far a player actually goes.
Consistent attendance and preparation matter.
Listen, apply instruction, and be willing to change.
Practice with purpose and learn how to respond under pressure.
No excuses. Learn from mistakes and move forward.
Communicate, support others, and represent the program correctly.
Improvement takes time, repetition, and patience.
There is talent all over this city. But access, resources, coaching, and opportunity have never been distributed equally.
East Las Vegas deserves a real baseball development program — one that teaches the game, creates opportunities, supports families, and gives young players somewhere to grow year after year.
This program is also about legacy.
About taking what was poured into us and pouring it into the next generation. About building something that lasts longer than a season, a trophy, or a win-loss record.
We want players to remember the coaches who believed in them. We want families to feel like they belonged to something. We want kids from the Eastside to grow up knowing that where they started never had to determine where they finished.
His legacy lives in every opportunity created, every kid given a chance, and every life we hope to impact beyond the game.
We’re here to close that gap.
High-level baseball development should not be limited to families who can afford the highest travel-ball costs.
Support from the Danny Dove Foundation helps us keep high-level coaching, player development, tournament opportunities, and training more accessible for East Las Vegas families.
The goal is not cheaper baseball.
The goal is better access to better development.
Support helps provide structured training and instruction.
Players gain opportunities to compete beyond their immediate area.
Support can help reduce barriers to proper gear and development tools.
Fundraising and Foundation support help create larger baseball experiences.
Donors, sponsors, and community partners help make development more accessible for East Las Vegas families.
Not every player enters the program at the same level. Some are learning the game for the first time. Others are ready for advanced competition. The pathway is designed to meet players where they are and continuously move them forward.
Player evaluation, expectations, skill assessment, and understanding where development begins.
Throwing, catching, hitting, movement, footwork, baserunning, and learning how to practice correctly.
Advanced fundamentals, position-specific training, baseball IQ, physical development, and accountability.
Apply development in games, handle failure, execute under pressure, and learn how to win the right way.
Higher-level competition, tournament experiences, travel baseball, and continued individual development.
Prepare players for high school baseball, college opportunities, and whatever the next level becomes.
Development is a long game. We’re here for the whole process.
Bring us a player willing to work, learn, compete, and be coached. We’ll show you what intentional development can do.
You don’t have to arrive finished. You just have to be ready to grow.
