You don’t have to arrive finished. You do have to be willing to work, learn, compete, and be coached.
Players enter the program at different stages. Our two current teams follow the same development philosophy while serving different competitive needs and stages of growth.
The 10U roster is almost full. We are still evaluating players who fit the development model and are ready to commit.
Players must be born after April 30, 2016.
The 11U roster is currently full, but we are accepting players for the waitlist and future evaluation opportunities.
Players must be born after April 30, 2015.
We evaluate more than current skill level. We want players and families who fit the culture, understand the commitment, and are willing to embrace the development process.
Willing to listen, learn, and make adjustments.
Competes in practice and games with purpose.
Owns preparation, mistakes, and response.
Consistent attendance and family buy-in.
