We’re looking for high-character coaches who want to teach, develop, collaborate, and grow inside a proven system.
You don’t need to know everything. You do need to be willing to learn.
We want to expand EBA Banditos — but growth only works if the quality of development grows with it.
Our coaches are part of a shared system. We teach the game with purpose, collaborate across age groups, and put long-term player development ahead of wins, egos, and individual agendas.
You enjoy teaching, correcting, explaining, and developing players — not simply managing games.
You’re willing to learn, ask questions, accept feedback, and keep improving yourself.
You can adopt the EBA development model and teach within a shared program philosophy.
Players and families deserve coaches who lead with integrity, consistency, and professionalism.
No individual coach, player, or age group is bigger than the program.
You understand that real player development takes time, patience, repetition, and consistency.

If you believe youth baseball should be taught with purpose and you’re willing to grow alongside the players, we want to hear from you.
APPLY TO COACHPlayers should understand the why, not just memorize the drill.
Accountability, communication, confidence, and character matter.
Coaches share information, ideas, and development standards.
The coaching staff is expected to develop too.
Tell us about your background, coaching experience, and why you’re interested in becoming part of EBA Banditos.
Our goal is to responsibly expand EBA Banditos into additional age groups as qualified coaches, players, resources, and Foundation support allow.
We will not grow just to put more teams on the field. We will grow when we can provide the same development standard, culture, and accountability that define the program today.
If you believe in teaching the game, developing players, and growing alongside the program, we want to hear from you.
The next generation of Banditos players will need the next generation of Banditos coaches.
