Currently, two age groups. One development standard. Every player is expected to learn, compete, and grow.
Players enter the program at different stages. Our two current teams follow the same development philosophy while serving different competitive needs and stages of growth.
Building expectations, fundamentals, confidence, baseball IQ, physical development, and competitive habits from the ground up.
Players must be born after April 30, 2016.
Advanced development, higher-level tournament baseball, regional and national experiences, and continued preparation for the next stage.
Players must be born after April 30, 2015.
Both teams follow the same development system. The difference is where the player is in that process and the level of competition they are ready to handle.
Best fit for players who need strong instruction, repetition, and a development-heavy environment while learning how to compete.
Throwing, fielding, hitting, baserunning, and footwork.
Building movement patterns, technique, and repeatability.
Learning responsibilities, situations, and anticipation.
Speed, coordination, balance, mobility, and body control.
Learning how to execute when the game speeds up.
Development remains the priority.
Best fit for players ready for advanced development, increased game responsibility, and a higher level of tournament competition.
Position-specific execution, reads, and decision-making.
Competing against stronger regional and travel programs.
Developing the skills required for each player’s role.
Tournament experiences beyond the local schedule.
More situational execution, awareness, and accountability.
Building toward older travel and high school baseball.
Whether a player enters at 10U or 11U, the expectations stay the same. Development comes first, effort matters, and every player is expected to represent the program the right way.
We teach before we chase results.
Listen, apply instruction, and stay willing to learn.
Understand situations, responsibilities, and the game around you.
Own preparation, effort, mistakes, and response.
Practice with intent and compete every rep. Effort is a choice.
Represent teammates, coaches, families, and the program professionally.
Work. Learn. Compete. Represent.
We want to expand EBA Banditos — but growth only works if the quality of development grows with it.
We’re looking for high-character coaches who are willing to learn our system, adopt our development model, collaborate with other coaches, and put player development ahead of wins, egos, and individual agendas.
You enjoy teaching, correcting, explaining, and developing players — not simply managing games.
You’re willing to learn, ask questions, accept feedback, and keep improving yourself.
You can adopt the EBA development model and teach within a shared program philosophy.
Players and families deserve coaches who lead with integrity, consistency, and professionalism.
No individual coach, player, or age group is bigger than the program.
You understand that real player development takes time, patience, repetition, and consistency.
